Introducing the first real functional high line fender flare option for the JL Wrangler and JT Gladiator! These flares increase tire clearance over split/modified Rubicon factory flares and actually sit a touch higher as well.

  • 3/16" Aluminum Laser Cut, CNC Formed, TIG Welded Construction
  • 3/16" HRPO Steel Tie In Brackets for mounting strength to resist bending or pulling away from the body
  • Front Mounted DRL/Turn Signal LEDs Included
  • Natural Aluminum with DA Sanded Finish
  • Drilling and Rivet Nuts Required For Installation
  • Trimming/removal of factory fender flare brackets required for optimal installation and clearance
  • Increased tire clearance - tested with 42"x14.50 tires and minimal bump stop additions

Many of these photos show JLs with 37" tires/factory axles and factory bumpstops (Granite/Gray JL) and others are shown with 42"x14.50R17 tires (the white JL) on full width 68" wide axles. The Red JL (Stepchild/LiteBrite JL) are shown with 40" tires and 72.5" width axles and additional lift.

FAQ:

How wide are these flares compared to factory?

Some may call this a 7.75" (almost 8") wide flare, but that entirely depends on where you measure! See below diagram. Compared to a factory Rubicon plastic flare, these are only 5/8" narrower at the rear arch, however they stay that same width as they follow the hood as it narrows towards the front of the vehicle, and up 3.5" narrower at the turn signals. They also don't come quite as far forward as the factory flares, which helps them to stay out of those crazy obstacles and rocks you might find on the trail. We wanted to stick to a form that offers coverage at the rear to function as a proper flare, and also follow the lines of the factory hood a bit closer then the Rubicon flares.
